Erica Cunningham
Erica has worked for the local authority for over 13 years, gaining extensive experience with both children and adults. She has handled complex and challenging cases, providing her with deep insights into the needs and challenges faced by individuals with learning disabilities. Erica is currently pursuing her master’s degree and is working towards becoming a qualified social worker. Her commitment to professional development ensures that she brings the latest knowledge and best practices to our organisation. Erica’s compassionate approach and dedication to advocacy ensure that our residents have a voice and are empowered to make their own choices.

Pamela Lindsay
Pamela brings over 30 years of experience in property development to our organisation. Her expertise in creating comfortable, functional, and safe living spaces is invaluable in ensuring that our residents have a home that meets their needs and supports their independence. Pamela’s dedication to quality and attention to detail is evident in every aspect of our accommodation. Her vision is to create an environment where residents feel at home and are encouraged to thrive.

With over 30 years as an experienced property developer, Sean is the ideal person to prepare our properties for supported living. He is responsible for ensuring they are safe, functional, accessible and suitable for our clients' needs.
